5stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The service at this U-Haul location was excellent! The van was clean and ready on time, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The attendant here was truly professional a huge difference compared to the experience I’ve had at some other (unnamed) locations. I would recommend this location a thousand times over. Great job!

Excellent customer service
MELENDE GThis location knew ahead of time I was picking up the truck. I had to clean off a foot of snow and dig myself out of the parking spot because the truck was stuck in the snow! Luckily a business close by lent me a shovel to do this. I called at least 6 times to let them know I had wasted time to do this, but they did not respond! No one around to help. Very disappointed!

VERONICA TOffer Wifi for guests, in the Basement there is no internet signal, in my case, I could not open the application to pick up the truck, other than that, the service was very friendly and cordial.
