You can follow through when you say the person will receive a text or e-mail with a code to open up the lock box before store hours. I was not sent a code before hours of the store. was renting from 8:00am to 2:00pm. I will give a shout out to the lady that was opening up that morning was able to help me out and get the keys for me. on 9/28/2025 at 8:35am
