Terrible process to check in, multiple repetitive questions and customer is required to take pictures of the rental prior to use. Customer needs to do everything while U-Haul employees just sit there and watch. The vehicles field was hit, damage everywhere and the biggest issue is brakes barely worked. No safety check occurred by U-Haul and the vehicle clearly needed servicing including brakes. I would never use this store again.

Steve SDirections from U-Haul were not clear on how to pick-up the rental. Estate Storage was fantastic, once I called and got the correct direction. U-Haul was not clear/correct or helpful on picking up the Truck before hours. Caused me to be late with arrival for the moving crew.
