Carole HIt was a holiday and the facility was closed and no one there to help. The information I found online for returning the trailer when a facility was closed was not clear, not complete and frankly, confusing. I called the 800# and they were friendly but tried to be helpful but basically told me to just leave the trailer at the facility but there was gate to enter the facility and no other places to park outside the gate area. Overall my experience with U-Haul was positive but the drop off was stressful.
GREGORY LOld tired trailer. Clean, but run down. Doors misaligned and very difficult to close. Hardware to hold the doors open broken/missing. Disappointing
