The guy was super gracious and accommodating when my reservation had been canceled because I was late. But I couldn't return the truck after closing because there was no drop box, and this cost me an extra $35 and early morning wake-up.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery easy but should be more obvious that it is a UHaul pickup. It is very confusing bc there is absolutely no signage whatsoever.
Sophia MI returned the tank slightly above the level at which I received it and was charged $9.80 for an extra gallon. Inside of the cargo cabin has not been cleaned from prior use.

Diana GMost bazar experience in a long time. No parking on a very busy congestive street. Proprietor sitting behind restaurant counter with no shoes on. Told me to go to another site after I finally found street parking. Told him I was contracted to come there. Went on computer and phone for about ten minutes only to show me a map of other sites. Told him no at which time he showed me my name on the phone, which I confirmed. He then said OK. I asked him if he was going check the truck for fuel, dolly return etc. He said later. Very bazaar and unprofessional. Would absolutely never recommend the location.
