I loved this U-haul experience. Shaloms Cafe is so organized, it makes things really easy for the customer. I have already recommended them to a friend!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe guy was super gracious and accommodating when my reservation had been canceled because I was late. But I couldn't return the truck after closing because there was no drop box, and this cost me an extra $35 and early morning wake-up.
Lawrence KVery easy but should be more obvious that it is a UHaul pickup. It is very confusing bc there is absolutely no signage whatsoever.
Sophia MI returned the tank slightly above the level at which I received it and was charged $9.80 for an extra gallon. Inside of the cargo cabin has not been cleaned from prior use.
Alberto RIt’s a little confusing (Cafe has recently changed its name) but very convenient.
