There is no drop off box, so you have to go during business hours for the coffee shop, which closes at 4:30pm. This was not clear and made it difficult! We ended up having to drive there again the next day. The truck is in great condition but there were some random pieces of wood in the front that were left behind.

David JEasy and everything worked well. Parking can be tight, but everything else was great
Xavier CMake it so you can upload the photos from your phone. I understand the real time situation of making sure the photos are authentic, but because I turned in my keys first, I could not take a pic of the dashboard because the keys were already in the drop box. You cannot move from that screen to the next without the picture. Which means I could not finish the electronic return.
