Very easy but should be more obvious that it is a UHaul pickup. It is very confusing bc there is absolutely no signage whatsoever.

I returned the tank slightly above the level at which I received it and was charged $9.80 for an extra gallon. Inside of the cargo cabin has not been cleaned from prior use.

Diana GMost bazar experience in a long time. No parking on a very busy congestive street. Proprietor sitting behind restaurant counter with no shoes on. Told me to go to another site after I finally found street parking. Told him I was contracted to come there. Went on computer and phone for about ten minutes only to show me a map of other sites. Told him no at which time he showed me my name on the phone, which I confirmed. He then said OK. I asked him if he was going check the truck for fuel, dolly return etc. He said later. Very bazaar and unprofessional. Would absolutely never recommend the location.
Jim RThere is no drop off box, so you have to go during business hours for the coffee shop, which closes at 4:30pm. This was not clear and made it difficult! We ended up having to drive there again the next day. The truck is in great condition but there were some random pieces of wood in the front that were left behind.
