This place is ghetto, I am sorry to say it but it is. Place is on a Lot with a huge house with graffiti, everything is locked up, there are no signs of where the office is. Doors are chained up! Office trailer is also chained up but falling apart. I'm extremely disappointed with uhaul I their franchise. The rep there needs to be either trained or move on to a different career. Horrible communication, horrible social skills, Horrible attitude. Likes to blame, like to insult with passive aggressive comments. Even got a bit discriminate. I will give him credit though. His attitude and behavior changed completely when i returned the rental.
