I was told to register on app. It asked if I wanted additional insurance. I clicked no. But yet was still charged. Also, it was in weitting I woukd be charged 10$ for late return. But I was charged a whole nother day. I'm disputing.

STEPHEN KCheck in was fast and efficient. This location was not listed anywhere when doing a web reservation. However it was by far the most convenient. Originally the reservation was sending me to another state for drop off and that location wasn’t even doing business with U-Haul anymore.
