They charged me an extra $30 and I don’t know why. I have 2 receipts and don’t understand the extra charge, I tried calling (3 times to be exact) no answer. I guess I will just have to dispute the charge if I don’t get an answer.

Just a gas station with a couple trucks. They keep moving my pickup and drop-off locations, I wouldn't have picked this normally. It was about 6 miles from where we picked initially. Also it will automatically cancel the order if you do not pickup at the exact time, despite having an order.
David MI had reserved on line. The person at the store said he had to re-enter everything. I had requested the minimum insurance for $30 but was charged the higher $45 option. I picked up the truck at 3:06 and made it clear I needed it for 2 days. I asked specifically what time I needed to have it returned. He said to just have it back before they closed. I brought it back at 6:00 and the return was processed at 6:10. I was charged for three days. So, I feel like I was ripped off $44.99 (plus taxes) by this location. Of course, he did not offer me a receipt, but said it would come through email, so I was not able to question him on the charges. It just seems very underhanded to me.
Timothy PI did find it odd that I picked this up at a gas station and returned it to a gas station and that when I picked it up and returned it I just got a nod from the attendant. No signatures were needed? I know we are moving towards a paperless society. But I thought I would have had to at least sign something electronically. The box truck was new and in pristine condition, drove like a dream, so I was very happy. Was not bad on gas either.
