I returned the truck after hours, so I didn’t meet any personnel. The location was clean outside.

BRYCE SThe process of picking up a U-Haul truck via the mobile app should be a convenience. It is a nightmare. I was forced to go to this location from my original pick up location because of unavailability. The fact that I had to sit outside an industrial area lot for nearly ten minutes awaiting an "approval" from the mobile app was ridiculous. The instructions were not clear. When I called the original U-Haul location - I was put on hold and forgotten in which I called back from a different cell phone and was helped right away. In addition, because of my changed pick-up location I got lost getting back to my destination which resulted in my being charged additional mileage. Worst experience with U-Haul ever.
