John H.The representative was very helpful not only in accepting accepting our drop off when he couldn't find the reservation, but also in confirming we didn't receive what we paid for. He was understanding and helpful in taking the time to clear up the issue.
John H.I asked and paid for a furniture dolly, but was given the smaller dolly. Therefore everything had to be carried, and multiple items were over 100 lbs. It would be great if what I asked for and paid for had been in the truck.
