When I made the reservation I was not able to select a location to drop off my U-Haul within an hour of the city of Atlanta and so it was very inconvenient to have to find a drop off location after I picked it up. The pick up location was also switched on me 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up - another inconvenience. I also tried to get in contact with Roadside Assistance and they hung up on me three times in a row.

Again, it wasn’t the drop off location, it was the uhaul staff on the phone and the app that were horrible! I tried to drop off my trailer a day early. When I confirmed my drop off on uhaul app, and got to the original location, there was no drop off available. Once I found another location, the app would lot allow me to confirm my drop off and told me my turn in was late! I called the 24hr customer service number and was on hold for 15 mins and then they couldn’t help me and had to forward me to someone else. It was 10pm and I was on the phone for over an hour and they had to forward my call BACK TO THE ORIGINAL department I spoke with the first time. I kept being told my turn in was late (even though I was turning in a day early from my original contract). Finally a nice lady was able to understand my situation (although she was confused why the app and system kept saying I was turning my trailer in late). The Uhaul app is VERY glitchy and not accurate, the phone number to call is not helpful (as I was on the phone for over an hour just trying to turn my rental in a day early)! I will never use Uhaul again!
