STEVEN AFirst, the app wouldn't work. I ended up having to use the website. It took almost 20 minutes to get it to work. When it asked for pictures the last wouldn't work so all of the pictures are black. Once I got the rental it was fine. The only other thing was it took forever to find the key drop box. There was no sign and I used the "helpful tips" on finding it on the website. The box was next to a shed. If an employee hadn't been there I would still be looking. Having directions for the drop box like they did for the box where you pick up the key would be very helpful. My frustration is mainly directed at the technology in this situation.
James WAbsolutely recommend! Clean trailers, quick and easy paperwork. Rob is thr most friendly manager and I've ever met at Uhaul, and his staff second the great attitude. Give them aal visit if you haven't yet, will not disappoint.
