Many of the fees or methods of charging for items were not disclosed at the time of reservation. For example, charging per day for the blankets or appliance dolly. Had the first guy told me about being charged per day, I may have made a different choice. The 2nd guy didn't mention that I would get a text that sent me to a set of prompts that needed to be completed before I left. I started on it when I got the truck home, was almost done, then it expired. Again, a little heads up would have been nice customer service.

When I got to where I went to I noticed it was dirty. So I had to clean it out before returning it so I didn’t risk getting charged for cleaning it.
