What was needing a number of someone who isn’t the people renting the U-Haul? Over all the experience of getting the truck was bloated and annoying
JAZ PImmediately charging for miles seems punitive. I'd like 10 to 20 free miles.
DAVID MOverall a good experience. Although the desk lady helping me out said “if you can’t bring it back to me by 4 than I am going to switch you over to the 10 foot truck” which sounded insulting. Why would I reserve the 15 foot truck for the time that I had if I wasn’t going to bring it back by the time I said I would?
AUKUSO AIt was very difficult to get the truck, this process was horrible
