The employees were very helpful
KENT WVery helpful and kind people at the location were the truck was rented. Special thanks to the young girl at the front desk for her kindness she made sure I understood the responsibility of renting the truck. She went beyond her duties to make sure I was satisfied.

Charity PVery easy and convenient pick up and drop off location. Just needed to ask for the moving blankets. Might suggest to have that reminder as part of the pick up checklist for the front desk rep. The ramp was covered in pine needles when I extended it. It would help a lot to have that cleaned off ahead of pick up.
