It was completely black in the parking lot when I arrived. Nobody told me it was self check in. The tires were out of balance and I couldn’t go over 60mph. The back brake was stinking like it needed adjustment. They sent me an invoice with the wrong amount charged.

MICHAEL HI don't feel like there is anything you need to improve on, as every time I've rented from this Orem U-Haul. The two people at the front desk have always been very helpful and very kind.
KENNETH OTruck was disgusting. Looks like it had never really been clean properly and staff was not very helpful.
Maria JState Street Storage is amazing. Very patient and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and did all that they could to make our entire rental easier and cheaper than we ever expected. I would suggest you choose this location over any other in Utah Valley. You will not be disappointed.
