Wow! That was easy! Just return the vehicle, and drop off the keys in the lockbox, and you’re done! The entire process was so streamlined! Their paperwork and emails were very thorough, along with all their extra communication. The U-Haul van that we rented was incredible! I couldn’t believe how easy it was to drive! The gas mileage was great and it was so stable at highway speeds! Thanks again, State Street Storage! You work hard and have an awesome business!

Jared GThe setup process was super confusing; we got two calls the day before, one from the property location which said the truck would be ready at 7:00 AM and the other from UHAUL HQ, which said we couldn't pick it up at 7:00 AM. It was very confusing, and UHAUL HQ said that they would call us again and confirm with the property, and then confirm with us; we never received a third call. Also, the UHAUL HQ representative was a bit rude, and was not understanding of the loud noises in my car and that I had to put her on hold for a bit (I was picking up my kids from a school activity at 5:00 PM when she called). Their app is pretty awful. Not the best experience, though the truck was in decent condition (bad transmission and shaky, bad parking brake). Local office was very helpful.
