I got charged for insurance when I stated multiple times I did NOT want it.
Eliot AThis was the worst customer service, I’ve ever experienced in my life. There was an African American male worker the counter , I had questions he told me read the contract. I asked him which U-Haul out of the 8 that was there was mine he told me to find it, that it’s listed on the key. He was so rude.
BIANCA M$15 insurance coverage was added without my consultation. I reserved the truck online without it
