Yohan AThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Uhual. First I reserved at one location a week in advance, they immediately changed my location hours after I made it stating the location did not have any trucks. So I don’t know why they’re offering location pick up if that is the case and they clearly had enough time to ensure a truck would be available for me. Then the day of my reservation, I waited an hour and 45 minutes to get my truck despite pre-filling out all of my information to where I was supposed to be able to get the keys and go. The guy working was rude to myself and the other customer was there. He was clearly a miserable person and kept punching the computer as if that was going to make it work faster. Both myself and the other customer were sent a text where we were supposed to upload our drivers licenses. For both myself and the other customer the site kept crashing. We informed the guy who was working and he said “well you gotta do it.” As if it was our fault the website wasn’t working. The sign on the window stated that he could’ve used U-scan if the website wasn’t working but he didn’t offer. So instead I had to attempt to upload my drivers license 20+ times. I was late meeting my movers while dealing with this nonsense and was charge an hour of moving time ($200) when work wasn’t even being done because of the failures of this location. I will never rent from here again.
