The pickup location was fine, but UHaul changed it from my original, much closer location reserved. Customer service was excellent; staff was very helpful. Moving the truck out of the parked space was challenging for a first time 10ft truck renter. Truck storage area was clean. Cab area needed some cleaning. Transmission when backing up was noisy, in my opinion.

FRED WThe facility where the reservation was made denied us a vehicle on the day of. We had to go to another location. After getting a positive check in at the drop off location with no idication of an issue we were charged extra fees and charges after the fact totaling almost 50% of the original quote with zero explanation. Continued attempts to speak to someone about the charges go unanswered.
CHRISTIAN BMissing utility dolly that I was still charged for through Uhaul but Malone's is very easy to navigate for pick up and drop off of rental.
