Closed due to snowstorm, but app worked well
JOHN DUnprepared at arrival vehicle filled with dog hair stunk - vehicle shakes terrible at higher speeds. Not a good experience
SHANE EThe pickup location was fine, but UHaul changed it from my original, much closer location reserved. Customer service was excellent; staff was very helpful. Moving the truck out of the parked space was challenging for a first time 10ft truck renter. Truck storage area was clean. Cab area needed some cleaning. Transmission when backing up was noisy, in my opinion.
