Close this location it was a total nightmare, we don’t need extra headaches. I was sent there by force just to complicate my moving and make it cost extra… The uhaul app was bugging not physical help in the middle of no where… I requested to pick up my truck at the uhaul at conventry street but was sent to this far miserable empty location with no one there to help when things went south. The belt buckles was broken my friend cut his finger, why you didn’t repair it before giving it to clients it’s unacceptable ??? Spoke to Marc André about it he didn’t care much ask me to call uhaul back after. This was such bad experience and I have to call back can’t he just put it in file and forward the incident to the right department and make them call me or fixe the situation??

George BAll good. Easy out, easy back in. Invoicing was prompt and accurate. Pleasant staff. But, rented the 15' truck this time and the fuel usage rate was worse than the 24' I rented last time. (8.52 mi per US Gal <176 miles @ 78.17 litres> for the 15' truck vs 12.1 mi per US gal for the 24' truck).
