HYUNG SI am deeply Disappointed with My U-Haul I regret to say that my recent experience with your rental truck was nothing short of terrible—one I would never want to relive. The vehicle felt more like a trailer than a truck, with ineffective brakes and a loose steering wheel, which I presume was due to a steering rack issue. The speedometer was inaccurate, and the fuel consumption was alarmingly inefficient. Every aspect of the truck made for a distressing experience, leaving me to seriously question whether your vehicles are ever properly serviced. To make matters worse, I was shocked to find that my account had been debited twice. I immediately reached out via email on May 27th, requesting an explanation, yet no one has cared enough to respond to me to this day. This lack of accountability and customer care is deeply disappointing. Based on my experience, both your service and after-service support have failed entirely. It’s disheartening to feel so disregarded as a customer. I would appreciate a prompt response addressing my concerns, if that's not much of a request!
