The location was not as convenient compared to previous booked location. UHAUL made a change to the location prior to my arrival, which was fine. I had enough notice, but it was out of the way from where I would have liked to pick up the vehicle. The equipment was not clean on the floor, but it was fine. The quote was in miles (408 miles included with the rental). Then, on the final invoice, it was changed to 408 km. So I received an overcharge for miles over the 408 km. I am requesting refund of the overage, since my initial booking indicated 408 miles, which originally showed a conversion on the screen as 656 kilometers. However, when I look in the system now, you have everything now showing in km and you have reduced the amount allowed to 408 km, instead of miles. Not too happy about this change and not notifying me.

The guy who help us the first time in sparwood, BC was not experienced enough, it took us an hour and fifteen minutes to fill up the form, and he put Calgary as the replication, instead of Ottawa, But the second time we visit we dealt with Justice, very professional and helpful.
