The trailer was the worst trailer I rented from U-Haul, the left fender was damaged so bad that I had problem latching it, I got pulled over by police because the license plate was unreadable, every time I would hit a bump on the road left front tire would scrape the trailer and you could see smoke coming from tire. You should not be renting a trailer in this condition because of safety concerns.

I believe the young lady helping me her name was Morgan. She is very fast and efficient. my need for the truck was last minute. She helped me get out the door in the truck and on my way in seconds.
BRANDON HEverything went well, we hadn't used Uhaul forever and so much has changed, but it was easy to follow directions on the mobile app. The truck was extremely clean, and taken care of. It all worked out well.
Eric SEverything went well other than the pick up the process is annoying and kinda confusing if you can find a way to make that process faster and easier that would be awesome. Took about 45 minutes just to pick it up.
