Good customer service
SHALONDA SNever had to go inside, the U-Haul rep was excellent and was waiting for us outside to disconnect and take care of the trailer.

LAWRENCE CThe app is terrible. It takes forever. Someone at Uhaul made an error when processing my reservation which prohibited me from being able to use the app to pick up my rental after hours. I spent an hour on the phone with a kind representative who walked me through having to essentially reestablish my reservation properly. This is after I spoke with a representative who provided me with incorrect information about my reservation. After I returned the uhaul I was charged for an extra day. This has not yet been resolved to my satisfaction in spite of two representatives telling me it would be taken care of.
