No issue with pick up point, it’s a good establishment as a repair shop. I rented in person at corporate store in Milton and sent to a different pickup point. Truck was nice in appearance and clean. Truck was not safe to drive, after 2 days of loading and getting on road the tires are out of balance and or the suspension is bad. I left with what appears to be new tires and ended with bald tires and threads showing. Truck shakes violently under 60 mph. Headlights vibrated so bad that people would flash headlights at me, the mirrors were a blur and rattle. My passenger side window vibrated open 3 times. I checked the tires when I arrived and was surprised I didn’t have a blow out. Yes I have damaged to two giant pictures ( glass broken ) 2-3 hundred in repairs/ replace glass. I reserved an auto transport and it wasn’t available on scheduled pick-up date , Corporate U-Haul offered me a trailer an hour two my W and another an hour to me SE and I had to go get them. I declined offer. Moving is never fun, this was a clown car ride under 60 mph.

Naomi AWhen we reseved a truck, it was at a different location closer to us. On the day before we were to pick up the truck, we went down to look at the truck to see how big it was. At that point, the worker there told us we were switched to the new location. I don't know how or when we would've found out had we not gone in that day. And I'm not sure why it was switched since the one we reserved with had more trucks. Other than that there were no issues.
