I did a self turn in, no people were there. I have used this place 4 times now. When I have used this place it has always been clean and the time I met the garage manager he was couterous and friendly.
MICHAEL BThe whole experience was awful. We were moved to a location that was an hour away from us and we spent hours on the phone with the U-Haul customer service. Alot of the customers service was awful at U-Haul and we would know this because we were constantly transferred and had to keep calling. To make matters worse when we arrived to pick up the vehicle the man who I'm assuming was the owner at the pickup location, seemed to be annoyed at the whole process when we were the ones who just spent an hour driving to pick up a vehicle we booked in advance. Not only that but our equipment was not there so we had to drive to another location to get it. The location did not do a walk through at all with us and the gas wasn't even filled up. This was not a good experience at all.

William TFor some reason when I rent this place (Patterson's Automotive) does not show up on the U haul list of places to drop off. Three times I have had to call Corp and adjust the drop off location when I am ready to drop off. Once I get the drop off location straight... the staff is very helpful and friendly. I have used them 3 times recently. Good people and good location. Keep up the good work. Please look into why they do not show up in drop off menu when I rent to prevent future waste of time with corp.
