The system was down and I had to wait over 30 minutes. I was also charged a $30 move fee, for what, I have no idea!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis Location did not accept my payment and for some reason they don’t charge you there so the rep took a picture of my car to send on his personal phone to somebody else to charge it. Truck was faulty when I came to return it. He said they don’t do things like other locations. They didn’t allow me to Return my truck via app or to leave a comment on the truck he said just give me the keys and you’re good after doing so I was charged 10 miles extra from what I drove. This location should not be operating

Gloria SFrom start to finish thus has been a crap show - three changes of puck up and times- after confirmation- Delayed by 4 hours puck up then 1/4 gas - then returning was relocated to 80 miles away.
Michael SHad a 2:00 appointment and I didn't get the truck until 2:45. Truck was filthy. I had to spend ten minutes sweeping/blowing out the debris.
