No parking to leave my car nor was there any notification of not having any parking so i had to uber to and fro. Added much stress to an already stressful day.

Dwayne PNo one was at the drop off location during posted hours of operation. Did not find a drop box for the key. I was able to reach someone on the phone that advised leaving the key under the passenger seat and not locking the door.
