My initial haul location was unavailable and switched due to vehicle issues. The haul I received was very dirty. There were crumbs all over the passenger seat and really dirty inside the packing area. There was barely any gas. 1/4.There was a communication barrier so it was difficulty getting help. There was no instructions, I was just given keyes. I was not able to complete the last portion in taking a pick on the website to obtain the guage. The website kept freezing. I called to change time of pickup to 6pm for 4 hours. It was never changed and I was told to be back at 9pm or I would be late , even though they had a key drop box. The store closes at 9pm. then told 930pm was fine. I arrived 855pm. I kept asking for a print out of the receipt, I was told they only send them by email. I obtain the receipt in extremely small font and unable to maximize the form to see it in a bigger size. The van appeared to have brake issues and ran very hard. I would give my experience a 1 out of 10.

Dalton WMy pick up place in Baltimore, Maryland was a great location for me. The man that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed when the Marketing Company President (Brian Baker) arrived to make sure I had everything I needed and reassured me that if I needed anything to just give him a call. I felt very grateful and confident that I was in good hands for my upcoming trip across the country. When I arrived in Buffalo, Minnesota the drop off place was easy to find and I was met with a friendly smile. He even welcomed me to my new destination. Overall I had one of the BEST experiences. Better than I ever expected. Thank you!!!!!!!!
