UHAUL was received with gas two levels from E and upon exiting the parking lot it dropped down to one level from E. Owner claims that’s how we were supposed to receive it, took extremely long over twenty minutes to actually receive rental due to issues with “out of state license” according to owner of store. Owner was very vague and non communicative and UHAUL had barely any gas in it upon pickup. You’re better off going to somewhere else or Home Depot.

The whole process was simple and even though we were running late for pick-up, the location had no problem adjusting the pick-up and drop-off time. Very professional.
J SMy initial haul location was unavailable and switched due to vehicle issues. The haul I received was very dirty. There were crumbs all over the passenger seat and really dirty inside the packing area. There was barely any gas. 1/4.There was a communication barrier so it was difficulty getting help. There was no instructions, I was just given keyes. I was not able to complete the last portion in taking a pick on the website to obtain the guage. The website kept freezing. I called to change time of pickup to 6pm for 4 hours. It was never changed and I was told to be back at 9pm or I would be late , even though they had a key drop box. The store closes at 9pm. then told 930pm was fine. I arrived 855pm. I kept asking for a print out of the receipt, I was told they only send them by email. I obtain the receipt in extremely small font and unable to maximize the form to see it in a bigger size. The van appeared to have brake issues and ran very hard. I would give my experience a 1 out of 10.
