The equipment wasn't ready when I got there. I had to do the managers job and drive to two different locations to pick it up. Also, the contracted shop at the pick up and drop off location didn't know how it worked and kept asking me what to do. Overall very frustrating and messy. I've always used uhauls to move in the past but I will be looking elsewhere next time.
