The lady at the storage unit was very helpful. Uhaul system was down and it complicated everything. My check out took over an hour I was told what gas i need to put back in and told I could leave. Returning it i also had issues the app wouldn't let me do the check in process at all. It just said drop the key. The truck is received was not clean the woman at the mini storage swept out the back and even mopped it cause it was that dirty. The inside of the cab also had trash and dirt and what looked like fox tails grass and fur. I cleaned out the trash and did my best to clean but I didnt have time to go vacuum out the cab. I called an did a claim cause I was charged for gas above what I received the truck at and a cleaning fee. Hopefully its settled soon. But this was one of the worst rentals in all the times I've used uhaul. I know the nation wide outage played a big part but on top of a stressful move it wasnt fun.

attaching and detaching the trailers is a nice personal touch, but not employed at security mini storage. computer programs were down so pick-up and deliver were slow to process. the manager was competent, took ownership in responsibility, and able to help. I did not ask for towing insurance. It was automatically added by the Uhaul vendor who reserved the trailer for me. Uhaul said they would reimburse with approval of security ministorage manager. I have not received the reimbursement yet.
Joe CThe person who helped us did not understand the computer system and could not add a driver. When we started the truck to drive away, the driveshaft was disconnected. We had to wait for management to bring us a different truck and our trailer. The manager that helped us took care of us both with discounts and a smile on his face and made the inconvenience palatable.
