Michael B.Internet connection wasn't great so it was almost impossible to complete my pick-up by phone. Had to call &00 # & wait for a call back I the dark & cold, in a sketchy neighborhood in order to get the key. Why was not able to upload photos & complete the forms before hand? And then I needed a passport, proof of employment, utility bill or 3rd party reference??? What kind of crap is that? I will seriously consider other alternatives before I go through that again. I have been a long time customer. Probably not again.
