The only glitch was in the U-Haul app where I could not adjust the pick up time, but I phoned the location and they changed it without issue.

John MI selected 8:30 as the drop off. Arrived before 8. I was taking my photos and the app froze. Frustrated I went to talk about it inside to find the door locked. They closed at 8. The employee is inside, sees me and doesn’t assist through for the last 15 minutes I was parking and prepping to return the keys. No key drop box even.
