The location was not the problem. In fact the two individuals that served me at this location were very helpful and friendly. The problem occurred with my initial rental. I was told upon making my reservation that I could pick up my moving van after hours using the mobile app as there was a lockbox on location. When I arrived at 830am and started the process to pick up my truck on the mobile app, I got a message to phone the call center. At that point I was told the employee forgot to put the key in the lockbox at the location. According to the call center there was nothing that could be done, I would have to wait till they opened at 10am. I was upset. The girl that helped me was rude and unwilling to compensate (or unable to) me in any way for the 1.5 hour delay in my schedule. She submitted a form for a $50 credit that can take up to 72 hours to review and won't necessarily be approved. She told me she could relocate me!! The closest rental is 2hrs away! She had no concept of what the situation was. Someone in a call center with no desire to help. When I got back to the location at 10am, Megan told me they DON'T HAVE A LOCKBOX AND THEY OPENED AT 9AM!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe pickup location charged me the wrong amount which is different from what I booked. On my contract They also marked the wrong gas level on the truck which resulted dispute in the fuel level. They also called me and claimed that they don’t have the equipment after I returned it already.
