Employees need more training. I have used this location for the last time. Truck was not clean in the " Mom's attic " area. I assume the employee was short and didn't look up there. It was covered in yard waste.

I told the associate that i needed the uhaul to move a refrigerator and he said that will work. Wrong!! Refrigerator did not fit in the 10' truck. So I bring the truck back and only put 6 miles on it, fuel was still full, and I still get charged $30.00. The associate should've known that a refrigerator would not fit in the 10' truck. Dimensions said 6'2", but was unable to get refrigerator upright once inside so I was stuck holding refrigerator up on dolly till someone helped get it out. Truck did not come with ramp either, maybe I should've checked before i got it. Also, there were people asking for money in front outside store.

I reserved a truck online the day before for a 26' and they didn't have it in. I had to get a 20' because that's all he had. The guy who helped me wanted me to wait for even longer for the truck but I had to start moving so I took a smaller truck. I even came later then the time I stated and the truck still wasn't at the site. I still have stuff in storage now because the truck I had to get was too small. On the site it says I get "50 off" if my reserved truck is not there. The guy wasn't very customer service friendly either and seemed bothered to help me because he was outside smoking a cigarette. I won't recommend this place and now I still have to rent yet another truck to move the rest of my stuff.

People working didn't know what they were doing. Had to hook up the trailer myself, didn't bother to check lights. The service manager (I believe) was there, and helped me finish hooking up the trailer and doing a light check. Thanks to him I was able to leave safely, not sure that would have been the case had he not been there.

Repair order filed upon return. Truck had extensive body damage and front suspension was compromised. Air leak on driver door caused hearing loss for days after.

Equipment was fine but I reserved 23 furniture pads and he only had six and still charged me for all of them...

The contract reflecting the amount of gas in the truck was incorrect. The guy at the location identified this so its ok however the mileage on the contract was also incorrect and he failed to check it. He also did not check the inside of the truck which was filled with dirt. I had to clean it before I could move.
