The people working at this location were excellent and helpful. U-haul it self... I had to wait three days after my reservation date to even get a truck. please check and see if they have the trucks the customers reserve before letting them reserve it.

William BThere's not much to improve on with drop-off. It's pretty much self explanatory. The drop-off box for the keys was very visible.
shawn bI'm not enamored with the exclusively online process. I'd love to have the option to perform the entirety of the rental process locally, with no online transactions. Other than that, good people, good product, good service!
