How U-Haul Reviews WorkTrucks were dirty, staff was unprofessional and not a help at all. Very aggressive and will alter your drop off time to the time they actually do the report instead of the actual time you dropped it off. TERRIBLE
LIZMICHELLE VLocation was in walking distance and was most convenient but the truck was not cleaned out. There were boxes and foam as displayed in photos taken before entering vehicle. No dolly at this site and safe move was selected for the late reservation and not confirmed with customer. We took it anyway to continue with our plans for the day. Overall not too bad. But the truck should definitely be cleaned out!!

Tarik DThe driver side chair was broken, the gas tank was in E the back of the truck was covered in dirty and drywall particles. The A/C was messed like cat urine when blowing out air. I was charged $24 dollars for fuel cost even though I retired the truck with more gas in it than when I received the truck.
