If I make a reservation for a truck at a certain location, make sure there’s a truck there, or don’t let me reserve it if there won’t be. I had to drive across the city because of your poor organization skills.
Colin MThe guy who runs this place is an arrogant jerkoff. He makes up rates and lies about charges. A 5 year old could run a better business than him.
Dominic GPerson was very rude to answer any questions. Did not answer any questions and said in a rude and loud tone- “ I am very busy on the phone and can’t you see this? Call U-Haul for any questions” Vehicle had low air pressure sign on in rare wheels. And engine light was on the dash board all the time from start to finish.
Abhay PThe place was not open. The drop off keys was unclear and confusing, I lost 30 min trying to find where to leave the keys. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all.
