Guy at the pick-up location was very unprofessional, throwing the keys around throwing fits, extremely RUDE! On top of that I was overcharged, my card was charged double the price of the rental cost. What can you do to improve for the next customer? Move to different location!

The people working there was very rude. I called ahead of time to see if I could drop off my vehicle after hours, and he said no and abruptly hung up before I could ask about solutions. The day that I dropped it off, the person working (not sure if it was same person) was on what seemed like a personal phone call, motioned for the keys, and then ignored me, without letting me know what to expect. The drop-off location and parking was also confusing.
Audrey FThe person at the desk was on the phone during our transaction, trucks were parked all over and when I asked him where the one I had was parked, he said to go out and look for it. Ordered moving blankets, they weren’t in the truck, had to go back in and he says he doesn’t have them and already took them off the bill. Said I could go to any other uhaul location and get them…a very stupid comment.
