Person was very rude to answer any questions. Did not answer any questions and said in a rude and loud tone- “ I am very busy on the phone and can’t you see this? Call U-Haul for any questions” Vehicle had low air pressure sign on in rare wheels. And engine light was on the dash board all the time from start to finish.

The place was not open. The drop off keys was unclear and confusing, I lost 30 min trying to find where to leave the keys. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all.
Alvaro HGuy who ran the store was incredibly rude and dismissive. I signed up for phone access because the store was closed when I needed it. The guy never called to say they don’t do that instead he was just going to cancel my reservation without any word. The guy made several snarky comments. Gas wasn’t filled in the truck at all, I filled the truck up to the correct spot and he charged me as if I didn’t. That one location ruined my whole experience with U-Haul won’t be using it again.
