No one was able to check me in. I had to call someone who didn't answer who called back about 45 minutes later. I wasted an hour trying to pick up the trailer that was dirty. It was done over the phone.
LESLIE FI found a drop off location that was more convenient and the app would not let me switch. The location was not showing as an option to choose which was extremely odd (Global Pawn and Storage Lenoir City TN). I ended up having to drive another 20 minutes to drop off at Phila Market which was fine just not convenient. Note that Phila Market is completely self serve, although that have a lot of inventory.
