Had no idea stores were partnering with Uhaul for truck rentals! It was so convenient to use especially because I live just down the street! Sean at the vintage store made the booking process so easy and seamless. He even tried to find a buyer for the couch I was donating and using the Uhaul for. Have already told multiple people about my experience!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkZero concern about this location, very happy with them. The real problem I have is with uhaul in general and the certified clown show of operation. I reserved the same truck at a different location 2 months ago for college move in, as that other location is where the storage unit was. Reserved it literally 2 months earlier..(I even messaged that other location a couple weeks prior asking them to ensure they actually had the truck (a lesson learned from a different poor uhaul experience)- no response. Get a message about 3 hours before pickup advising they couldn't guarantee availability and suggested this other location michael todd's, (again, they were great). Get the truck, go to the storage unit, go inside the uhaul retail store to buy a lock and they asked why we didn't rent from them (the location I reserved 2 months earlier and essentially suggested to get elsewhere a couple hours prior). Again, michael todd's location was great, uhaul in general a clown show.
GREGORY BThe U-Haul was running on fumes when I picked it up I put $30 into it which I’m pretty sure I didn’t need that much gas! The blankets weren’t in the back and I had to wait till they open to get those. The tire light was on, and they assured me there was nothing wrong with the tire. The guy was super nice, but I wasn’t a great experience.
