SHELBY ASeemed just a drop off point, staff not really involved with UHaul customers; and trying to use app to drop off without assistance was difficult and didn't allow me to take photos of truck before putting key in box; else the experience was okay. It's just that I'm a senior citizen and often need a live person to help manage matters
Daniel SBacking out onto 7th street with limited view is a hazard and safety risk where the vehicles are actually parked but overall a great experience. Also the truck has a low front right tire light on but I used my compressor and the tire was inflated to 80lbs so it’s obviously a faulty sensor that wouldn’t recalibrate when I attempted to do so on the dash.
