THIS LOCATION WAS NOT MY ORIGINAL CHOICE! I specifically requested the Phoenix Sunnyslope Uhaul for drop off when I rented this truck because it is an staffed Uhaul location. After a 1400 mile/ 3 day trip from Keizer. Oregon, Uhaul called, while enroute to return the truck, asking me to drop off the vehicle at this location. Its a gas station/convience store with one employee. After being told I will receve the final email shortly by the only employee, I ended up having to call Uhaul customer support 8 hours later to ask why I had not received the final invoice. I paid $1k for a rental for the truckl, I never should have to be asked to change my drop off location after driving for 1400 miles/3 days. This is Complete bullshit from UHAUL. Unfortunately this location gets my wrath hence the one star.

Customer service attendent locked the doors and disappeared as i was returning the keys. I dropped them in the lockbox .

NOAH GIt is a gas station. Almost stepped in dog poop getting into the van. Another van was parked behind my rental and the person told me to move it. She did not care about any service. She advised the dolly I wanted was not there, I had to go to another location to pick it up - very inconvenient. So I had to take another 20+ minutes out of my way to get a truck. Then I was advised I only get 50 miles - I was moving to a place 25 miles away - so I get charged for the overage! I can’t believe I only get 50 miles.
