My honest opinion is U Haul treats me like a rich man. This isn't just at Morningside but most of my business dealings with UHaul in general. I don't know if you truly appreciate or understand how positive your business model is. Obviously, some independent locations don't really live up to this standard. I'm not naming names, if they're new to the UHaul family, it takes time to adjust to the paradigm. But morningside is a well oiled machine. I know they can always answer any questiins. I turn to them for anseers before I even call the 800 number which I give very high marks. It's not perfect but your phone support is head and shoulders above the American average. And Morningside is one of your shining stars.
