Sachin PNot a reflection on the locations performance, but I had reserved a truck in Middlesboro KY and was called to tell me they didn't have the truck and I would have to pick up in Pineville KY. She said my mileage would be adjusted. Apparently it wasn't. I had to pay another $33 for mileage.
