Original rental location was Elizabethton TN Railroad St. Owner NEVER SHOWED UP. Was forced to go Piney Flats to get a truck. It was empty when received. Truck got 8 MPG over 400 miles with AC off going 60 mph. No washer fluid. Brakes worked horribly which is why I had to go so slow. I do commend the regional manager who met me on site for renting Piney Flats truck. Overall the worst Uhaul experience I ever had.

Rocco PWe did not originally select this pickup location, however, U-Haul reassigned us here because they had the size truck we requested. The women who checked up our was very helpful and easy to work with! They did not have everything that we needed on our order - no moving pads or furniture dolly’s- however, we were able to get these from our original pick-up location. Overall there were no major hiccups with this pick-up location!
