Not a thing!

Air conditioner was broken. Window was rolled down upon delivery so it was clear that whomever drove the vehicle to the front of the store for pickup was aware of the issue. I was on a tight timeframe, so by the time I discovered the issue was unable to do anything about it and forced to drive 4 hours to Houston with no air conditioning. Completely unacceptable experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Your rep put on new tires and checked everything out. He hand torqued the nuts in alternate pattern and was very polite. My only comment is to rebate unit rent (we closed a unit) on a pro rated basis as money is very tight.

In this location I was not provided with a drop off location. Later during the day a Uhaul rep called me stating that I could be subject to addtnl charges bc I didn't have a drop off location. Then, I was assigned the Terrel location. This location is a joke and it's not suitable for 24hr drop off service. It's in the middle of nowhere, there is no lighting, it was pitch black and I couldn't find the spot to park the truck, nor the drop box to leave my key. It was such a remote location that I had no phone signal to complete the drop off process online. I decided to leave and called your 25/7 cust serv and no one answered. Finally, I chat with a CS online and they changed my location to the Mesquite location. There, I complained about my terrible experience and refused to pay for the extra miles and late drop off. Uhaul is putting the safety of its customers at risk by sending them to the Terrell location and should immediately stop. I am disappointed with the service.

2 minutes done! Efficient and to the point...

Uhual is overpriced for what you get for local move.

Keep up the excellent service

Lost our reservation, and gave us a trailer with a flat tire.

The office was configured to force you to pass all of the impulse items possible. VERY ANNOYING. Van was Dirty. The van display stated Oil Change Needed. The Driver Seat Belt sensor did not work. The van did not know you had your seat belt on. The seat belt warning dings occurred every TWO minutes. Made for a very annoying ride.

Kind of expensive

remember to tell the customer the number on the locked trailier.

When Dollys are rented have them in the assigned vehicle ahead of time.

The location is mess, there is one person working EVERTHiNG bless her heart! She is really doing the best she can! there was a line forming inside to rent, when she was outside I guess accepting vehicles for returns, when she finally gets back inside there are also problems outside... she can't be in two places at once y'all! I've just never had to wait this long to pick up a vehicle. She also wasn't able to show me where the vehicle was since she has a line and allll of the other stuff going on, she pointed in the direction but there is a huge lot. So I'm walking around in the cold looking for this vehicle.. can't find it... have to come back and get in line to ask a question ... see my frustration? Then, when I do get the truck, the suspension is dead! I cannot go over 35mph without losing control of this truck! And the driver side visor was broken so every small bump along the way the visor would bop me in the forehead. BY FAR my worst ever experience with Uhaul.

We had reserved a 20' truck as we had a lot of furniture to get and bring home. When we got there, they did not have a 20' truck and said they could look for another location. We had no car to drive around town for the truck we reserved, so we took the 15' truck-which meant we weren't able to get all of the furniture we were supposed to pick up.

The truck drive well. Performed function needed. But low tire pressure, tail light out. Front running light out, had to meet with person to obtain keys so not contactless. Very complicated remote rental process. Understand the reason but complicated.

Nice people, but I wonder where the management's head is. Rented a 4x7 trailer, and the tech goes to hitch it up, a say he can't because it is a 1-7/8" ball. No matter that the stamped steel plate on the trailer says it is OK with a 1-7/8", the management says they know better than the engineers that designed the trailer, so its gotta be two inch. Cost me an hour of running around to get one and install it, as I sure as heck am not being upsold a new u-haul ball for NO good reason.

Excellent quick service

I don't know who made the mistake on recording odometer reading ... front end or drop off ... charged me an extra $65 ... said I drove 444 miles. I DID NOT! I drove straight from Plano to Broken Arrow. It's only 250 miles. Someone was supposed to call me back about this. They didn't. Now I can't get anyone to answer. I have spent over $1,000 with U Haul in the past year. Have used you dozens of times in my 60 years of life. If you don't make this right, I am done, and I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Not sure if accounted for, but I had made a return a couple of months ago and left some blankets in a storage locker up north. You didn't charge me for them, thank you. I did drop them with the truck this time. I wanted to make sure you knew I returned what I didn't previously.

Excellent management! Both women were professional, polite and very customer oriented. Bottom-line: very good experience.

I was double charged, terrible customer service. No reply from my email requesting clarification on the double charge.
