George J.No one was at the location in Pocatello. It was an hours drive from my home. I was told to open the lockbox to get a key, did that, and drove the only truck at that pick up location to my home, started loading it only to find out the truck I was supposed to pick up hadn't been returned to Pocatello yet. Uhaul suggested I drive another distance to trade the ancient truck I had for a newer one. It was a mess!
