This location was 10 miles from where I wanted to rent. There is not any customer service Self service only. Drivers side floor dirty with dried coffee in cup holder.

I had a problem with the truck as the keys were locked in the truck, that was resolved but due to the amount of time it took for the entire situation to be fixed I did not have enough time to move what I was hoping to. The person on the phone was able to get me a 50 dollar refund and move my reservation to the next day but it would’ve been nice to know I would be billed for the next day, making it to where there’s still money I spent on the first truck that I didn’t even use, as if I gave 30 dollars as a charity which was not what I wanted to do, I wanted to rent a truck. I got billed over 90 dollars last night unexpectedly which is what kind of makes this a bigger problem then I wanted.
Christian RFix your fucking app. Couldn't get the lock box code without calling - made me 30 minutes late, nearly late to close on our house. Couldn't report missing furniture pads/blankets during check out (photos wouldn't upload), NO FURNITURE PADS/BLANKETS. Unable to upload pictures of truck condition during return - and so I was unable to finish the return process. Said fuck it and left the key. Figure it out. You suck. Truck was great tho.
