The cost was WAY more than I expected. Please, do not advertise $29.95 per day on your van bodies if that's not really what it means. Also, as a suggestion, the fuel tank should be FULL when rented, for ease of use of the rental. Also, so that the customer can fill up before bringing the rental back, and not have to worry if they hit the hash mark on the printed gauge. As far as the dealership, not especially friendly...actually, a bit uninviting. No extras, whatsoever...not even an opportunity to use their bathroom facilities. Maybe even a "smile" from either of the people who own/work there, would be nice. After all, U-Haul is the company attached to the face.
